Yakisoba
|
Ingredients150g Thinly Sliced Pork 600g Soba Noodles 3 leaves Cabbage Leaf 50g Bean Sprouts 1pc Green Bell Pepper 5pcs Shitake Mushroom 1 small Carrot 1/2 tspn Sesame Oil 125ml Okonomiyaki Sauce (Bull dog Brand) 1 pinch Grated Seaweed (Nori) 1 pinch Shaved Bonito Sat & Pepper (to taste) PreparationBoil soba noodles for 2 minutes, drain water after boil and set aside. Cut pork into thin slices. Cut cabbage, shitake mushroom and bell pepper into long thin slices. Set aside. On the teppanyakiSplash a dash of sesame oil on the teppan. Spread oil with spatula. Throw vegetables and cook for 1-2 minutes constantly mixing. Add noodles next and mix with stir-fried vegetables. Sprinkle with salt & pepper then pour okonomiyaki sauce. Use spatula to everything until the sauce is evenly distributed with the noodles. Next simply scoop the noodles with your utensil and place it on the plate. Sprinkle grated nori on top of the noodles. Serve.
