Lemon & Scallops
|
Ingredients:12pcs Fresh Scallops 5ml Vegetable Oil White Pepper (to taste) 10ml Garlice Butter 5ml Soy Sauce 5ml Lemon Juice On the Teppanyaki:Splash a dash of vegetables oil on the hotplate. Spread oil around the heated area. Using a spatula lay the scallops on the teppan. Seal one side for 2 minutes until the surface turns golden brown. Turn over and seal other side. Sprinkle white pepper (to taste). Quickly put scallops to a cooler side of the grill, add 5ml of butter and soy sauce and mix. Squeeze lemon juice and mix again before serving.
